Recent data shared by OECD shows that UK productivity has struggled to recover since the 2008 global financial crisis, showing the UK has lagging behind peers including Germany, France, the US and Norway. The good news is that there’s plenty of support out there for UK businesses – and we were delighted to be joined by Sheena McDermott, Head of Leadership & Management Programmes at Be the Business, to discuss what can be done to help SMEs and boost UK productivity.
