My role at MPA is fairly varied. I act as a mentor to other analysts, providing guidance and direction on the intricacies of the HMRC guidelines. I also work to develop MPA’s consultative business approach as part of a cross-company team and led the development and implementation on behalf of the analyst team. Day to day, I provide customer coaching and mentoring to maximise business benefit from the R&D Tax Credit scheme on areas including record keeping, grants, time recording, investment, cost reduction. I also work closely with our Tax Team to process Patent Box claims and identify RDA opportunities.
