Advanced Engineering, the UKs leading gathering of EOMs and engineering supply chain professionals, is back this November and the MPA team will be in attendance.
At the show, you can also meet one of our amazing clients – Multiview Media – in the Silverstone Technology Cluster Innovation Zone, who we’ve sponsored to attend.
They’ll be showcasing their ‘jumbotron in your hands’ content platform alongside other great examples of technology that can be used to enhance the engineering and manufacturing process.
MPA Content Strategist Lorraine will be exploring the show for content ideas, and is looking forward to getting hands-on experience with the latest innovations. She said:
It’ll be my first time attending Advanced Engineering myself, although I’ve read and watched all about some cool things that have been demo'ed in previous years.
The show floor displays by Plastron, Space Habitat, and Formula Student sound really exciting, and as sustainability and the adoption of tech have both been popular topics of discussion with our clients for a while now, I’m hoping there’ll be more of that to see this year too.
I’m relatively new to the manufacturing and engineering space so I’ll also be attending some of the guest talks in the Auto, Composites, Aero, and Manufacturing Forums to build my knowledge.
Multiview Media CEO Ray Meadham is covering ‘advances in digital streaming and their impact on the way we view content’ in his talk at the Auto Engineering Forum at 11am on day one, so as a content specialist myself I’ll definitely be watching that.
Our Head of Business Development Samantha Wildman has been attending Advanced Engineering for several years now, and will be available across both days to chat all things innovation funding and R&D incentives.
It’s great to go and catch up with clients and contacts but what I enjoy most is learning about new things people are doing. There is always some great innovation that really makes me stop and think at AE. I'm looking forward to finding out what that thing is this year!
Joining Samantha will be Senior Business Development Manager Mel Alfieri, who will also be attending for the first time.
I’m excited about my first time at Advanced Engineering - it’s always great to see like-minded people share their innovation journey. I’m particularly keen to learn more about the greener future of engineering and see the solutions on offer.
If you’d like to arrange a time to speak with Samantha, Mel, or Lorraine before, during, or after the show, feel free to connect with them on LinkedIn.
Don’t forget to visit our client Multiview Media at the Innovation Zone, which we’re co-sponsoring for Silverstone Technology Cluster alongside Silverstone Park.
