Richard Lupson-Darnell |
Richard is a Chartered Tax Advisor with over 30 years’ experience of advising SMEs and their owners on all aspects of their tax affairs. He specialises in the structural matters businesses face at all stages of their lifecycle, from start up to exit, including raising finance under the SEIS and EIS schemes, and incentivising employees through share ownership. His professional passion is pursuing the balance between minimising taxes and helping clients sleep at night. |
Malcom Holloway |
Malcolm is a Director of the EFM Network and provides hands-on, on-site business advisory support, through his professional and practical experience, gained through many years of business leadership, advisory practice, and financial management. He also has over thirty years’ of experience in general practice and management roles with medium-sized accountancy firms and SMEs. Malcolm has spent the last 15 years running his own business, advising SMEs and high-growth start-ups. He currently sits on the board of several Venture Capital backed high growth technology businesses, and acts as a finance director for a regional Venture Capital Firm, where he assists in investment decisions. Malcolm has a wealth of experience in operating companies. He started, bought and sold his own businesses as well as assisting client companies in raising funds and realising value on exit. Away from the office Malcolm currently hosts a lecture on Private Equity and Venture Capital at the Manchester Business School on their Global MBA programme. |
