Malcolm Holloway, Co-Founder @ EFM
Malcolm is a Director of EFM and provides hands on, on-site business advisory support, through his professional and practical experience, gained through many years of business leadership, advisory practice and financial management. He is also a fully qualified former Chartered Accountant, with over thirty years’ experience in general practice and management roles with medium sized accountancy firms and SMEs. Malcolm has spent the last 15 years running his own business, advising SMEs and high growth start-ups. He currently sits on the board of several Venture Capital backed high growth technology businesses’, and acts as a finance director for a regional Venture Capital Firm, where he assists in investment decisions.
Robin Rowland-Hill, CEO & Founder @ Ruffena Capital
After his first degree, Robin went to Cranfield School of Management before starting in business, where he led growth in a number of businesses at a senior level, principally in technology and media including two he founded. He is today a highly versatile, commercially experienced strategy and investment professional with international experience. His clarity as a founding entrepreneur, investor and professional advisor is invaluable in advising others and was instrumental in founding Ruffena Capital.
